Living within walking distance of the beach has it's perks. You can watch the sun set every night, anytime you want to get away for a long relaxing walk it's as easy as the blink of an eye, and from time to time you can see the dolphins fins rising out of the water. Obviously beach life in Florida is a bit different right now than beach life in Tybee. Even though your on the sand and the sun is still as magnificent as ever and the water is just calling for you to jump in the weather is freezing, especially with the ocean winds at full force. Thankfully my boyfriend let me borrow his extra warm jacket during my winter travels and I find myself rarely taking it off, making me more thankful than ever that he let me borrow it. I did manage to take it off for a few shots to show my outfit: knitwear, skinny jeans, suspenders, and a black beanie. Quickly though the jacket was back.
Despite the brrrrrr's you would hear from me if this were a video and not just photos I am still grateful to be so close to such a beautiful setting. I'll miss it when I'm stuck back in those prison like dorm rooms, so until then Tybee you will be seeing a lot of the gesture below.
